About Us
Good Shape, LLC (https://www.goodshape.jp/) is a mobility (mobile communications and mobility) start-up company, creating an interesting future in mobile communications and mobility. With business partners in Japan, Korea, Germany, India, and other countries, the company conducts R&D globally from its base in Kashiwa City, Chiba Prefecture. There are two business areas we are developing.
Business Area #1: NFC (Near Field Communication technology)
Using NFC (Near Field Communication technology) to connect people and add value to human mobility, and to provide services where one's casual movement can be useful to others and increase the safety and convenience of daily life. Specifically, starting with COSOT (Model 1), which will be unveiled this time, we will sequentially increase the functions of COSOT to connect people to people, people to cities, and people to domestic commercial facilities. By doing so, we plan to create the safest, most enjoyable, and attractive Japan in the world, where people can feel the connection and “warmth” of others.
Business Area #2: Electric bicycles, electric motorcycles, and ultra-compact EVs (electric vehicles)
We will develop e-bikes and micro EVs (electric vehicles) that are incomparably beautiful and transform the rider's daily life, from design to manufacturing. Currently, we are still in the development stage of electric bicycles and 3-wheeled electric bicycles, but we will start designing “super cool” small 4-wheeled electric vehicles as we find domestic development partners.

Who can become a “COSOT Agent” and how? Is the registration process automatic?
COSOT is based on the spirit of mutual aid. If a registered COSOT user (no need to purchase a COSOT gadget) wants to help someone in need, such as a disaster victim, a school child in the neighborhood, a disabled person in trouble at a station, a female student being molested, etc., he/she can upload an image of his/her ID card to COSOT and then apply to become a COSOT Agent. After uploading an image of your ID to COSOT and applying for agent registration, your registration will be completed when the COSOT administrator verifies your application. The user in need of an SOS & ALERT can pre-select an “Agent” to send a rescue call. If the “agent” is within 500M of the user, the SOS & ALERT will be received via SMS. The phone will ask “Do you want to go to the rescue?” question and a “Yes” button will appear, and when you press “Yes”, you will see the location of the COSOT user in need of rescue. This “SOS & ALERT” function will disclose “when and who pressed YES for rescue” as a history in the COSOT application (no personal identification is allowed), and celebrate the dedication of the “agent” as a hero. Of course, no registration fee is required.
